Minerva Accounting Solutions was established in 2009 to provide expert assistance to businesses in the South West and beyond. Over the years, we’ve helped many businesses to grow and develop through our professional, bespoke services, and we share their pride in their achievements.

Paul Rowlands is a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians having held senior positions in accountancy for over ten years. He trained initially at a small accountancy practice in South Devon, where he achieved his membership of the AAT. Moving to the East Midlands in 2007, he gained valuable experience of the retail industry as Financial Controller of an independent garden centre, before going on to the position of Financial Controller for two sister companies in the construction industry.

He founded Minerva on his return to the South West, realising that there was an opportunity to help the small business sector in the area.

From 2010-2019, he was an elected Council Member of the AAT, helping to ensure that their high standards continue to be maintained, and he invested considerable time in providing support to fellow members and students of the AAT. All trainees at Minerva study the AAT’s core qualification, giving them an excellent understanding of accountancy and ensuring that our service is second to none.
